Just one year after the English rock band "The Zutons" had a considerable success with Valerie in Great Britain, the cover version of Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse was released. The funkier, quicker and - typical for Amy Winehouse - more soulful version of the song quickly conquered the charts in many countries. Valerie is certainly one of the hits that made the memory of the singer, who died in 2011, immortal and thus belongs to the entertaining repertoire of every brass orchestra.
