Heilig (Holy, Holy, Holy)

The text of this majestic setting of the "Sanctus", which is the final movement of the set, combines Isaiah's vision and call in Isaiah 6 with the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem as recorded in Matthew 21:9, Mark 11:9, and John 12:13.
