Yellowstone Overture

Yellowstone National Park is the oldest national park in the world. It is spread over three states in the U.S. Is included in the UNESCO World Patrimony list, and covers an area as large as Cyprus. The park is situated in a volcanic area and boasts hot water sources, geysers and volcanic formations. It was after a visit to the park that the composer, impressed by the site, experienced a feeling of liberty and decided to compose this “Yellowstone Overture”.
